Your chat export, turned into something you can actually read
WhatsApp gives you a text file. Your mail client gives you an .mbox. Slack gives you a folder of JSON. None of them open into anything a person, a solicitor or a court can read. Upload one here and get back a searchable web page, a PDF, or clean JSON.
Your export
A WhatsApp export (.zip or _chat.txt), an .mbox, or a Slack export .zip.
What happens to your file
- It is read to count the messages, then held encrypted until your archive is built.
- The moment the archive is delivered, the upload is deleted.
- If you never pay, it is deleted within 24 hours and nothing is charged.
- The web page you get back is a single self-contained file. It loads no images, fonts or scripts from anywhere, so nobody learns you opened it.
What it costs
$6 for the export, one payment, one export, whatever its length. A five-year group chat costs the same as a short one, because it is priced per export and not per page or per message. No subscription, no account needed, and no credits to buy first. You see how many messages were found before you pay.

How this compares
$6 for the export you are converting, whether it is fifty messages or five years of them — priced per archive, not per page or per message, with nothing recurring and no account required.
- ChatToPDF — $7 / $14 / $29 / $49 / $99 per conversion, by message count
- WaChat2PDF — free for the latest 300 messages, then single-chat or lifetime unlock
- Legacy desktop suites — $30–40/year

What is genuinely different here
No account is required. Your export is deleted as soon as the archive is delivered, and within 24 hours if you never pay. An account is offered after your archive arrives; declining it changes nothing about the job you paid for. The desktop alternatives take a different route to the same privacy: they never upload anything, but they want a cable, a full-device backup and an install, at $30–40/year. Seeing the message count before paying is the floor for this category rather than a reason to pick us — the difference is that the count does not change the price.
Where they do more
ChatToPDF transcribes voice notes and this does not. Their $49 tier turns the audio in a WhatsApp export into text inside the document. Voice notes here are listed as attachments, not transcribed.
